Managed Services allows companies to offload their IT operations to an IT Service Provider who assumes responsibility of monitoring, managing and/or problem resolution for the companies IT infrastructure. Managed Service contracts typically include 24x7 monitoring, monthly patching, AV scanning, desktop support, and monthly IT systems health checks, all for a flat monthly recurring fee.
